About the Farm at Williams River House
Beauty, luxurious comfort, and cozy charm combined in this 1780s farm house nestled between the mountains and the Williams River valley.
Snuggle into your queen bed, enjoy a fresh espresso while lounging in the library or on the welcoming porch, or stroll along the fields, forests, and river. You decide! A delicious farm breakfast featuring local and seasonal foods is served daily. We strive to minimize our carbon footprint through use of solar for a/c and heat.
The House
Each bedroom features a queen bed, topped with a cozy duvet and extra pillows, private full bath, charming furnishings and art work, individually controlled a/c and heat, and air filter.
Guests are invited to use the common areas of the house, including the keeping room, library, tavern/game room, dining room, and kitchen.
The property covers 46 acres of fields, forests, and river and stream edges with many options to explore. Let us know if you'd like to meet the chickens!

Other things to note
Due to host's health issues, we are unable to accommodate service animals in common areas of the house.
Hawthorne Suite
Located on the first floor right off the kitchen this room is fully ADA compliant and has its own access directly from the room to the outdoors. Sunny and bright with your own private bathroom.
Essex Suite - Wedding Suite
The Essex Suite is a beautiful appointed suite with access to your own private balcony with views of the property, gazebo and mountains.
Gloucester Suite
Relax and enjoy the afternoon sun is this beautiful appointed room with adjoining access to the Nook Suite. This suite would be a wonderful option if looking to adjoin rooms with a private bathroom shared between them.
Nook
Part of Gloucester Suite, the Nook is tucked away with a beautiful nook style full bed and chair that can be converted to a twin bed for an extra guest. This room is perfect for cozying up with a cup of tea and a good book!
Salem Room
The Salem room is a well appointed room with views of the gazebo in the distant field.
